"
…Although Dr. Adrienne insists that it's ME who is healing me....I am, and remain, adamant that there is powerful healing in time, skill, and grace of an excellent Doctor. If it weren't for her skill and expertise I would not have been able to see beyond; a life of moving how I want!

Thank you is the least I can say!”

Chiropractic Care

Your chiropractic visit will consist of low-force chiropractic adjustments, gentle joint mobilizations and hands-on muscle release therapy. Our technique is low-force, so that your body can easily receive, rather than guard against, the adjustive input. The aim of our care is for you to feel calmer and more relaxed, have greater mobility and less discomfort than when you arrived.

While short-term chiropractic care is good at decreasing symptoms of pain and discomfort, our enjoyment comes from seeing the amazing changes that can happen in your body with regular, ongoing care. We notice with regular chiropractic adjustments, you get better faster and stay healthier longer.

Chiropractic focuses on the nervous system to help it function better. Each adjustment is part of a retraining program that addresses bad habits and stuck patterns in your nervous system. A course of chiropractic care serves to retrain, re-educate and coach your body to better function.

What to Expect

THE FIRST CHIROPRACTIC VISIT – Initial Examination

When booking your first appointment, we’ll gather some information over the phone which will save you time in filling out paperwork when you arrive at our office.

The initial examination will take approximately 45 minutes and is focused around your area of concern. During this visit, the doctor performs a complete patient history and physical examination in order to determine the cause of your concerns.  The purpose of the initial examination with the chiropractor is to address your concerns, discuss your health goals and determine how chiropractic can help you.

THE SECOND VISIT – Report of Findings

The second visit is a 30 minute follow-up Report of Findings during which the chiropractor will go over the findings from the history and physical exam of your first visit with you. The cost for this second visit is included in the initial examination fee.

During this visit together you and the doctor will set up a personalized plan of care that will address the health goals you would like to achieve. The doctor will begin with a chiropractic adjustment on the second visit.

REGULAR VISITS – Chiropractic Adjustments

Like a regular workout at the gym, each chiropractic adjustment builds on the one before. Amazing changes happen when you can benefit from the momentum of regular chiropractic adjustments.

The chiropractor will work on your nervous system to release tension, resolve injury, restore function and optimize health. We want you to leave feeling refreshed, restored, revitalized and more ready to meet whatever challenge your day may hold.

PROGRESS VISIT

While we monitor your progress on an ongoing basis, we use the progress visit to specifically discuss your response to care, modify the frequency of your adjustments, update your exercise plan and revise your health goals.s
