What's Next? A Values-Based Approach to Living a Fulfilling Life After a Major Transition (4-Week Session)

  • Are you anticipating/in the midst of a life transition (kids leaving home, recovering from divorce, lost a loved one, change in career/retiring, etc)?

  • Have you lost a sense of who you are and what is important to you?

  • Do you need help organizing your thoughts, needs, and desires in order to make a plan for the future?

In a small group format facilitated by a registered psychotherapist and over the course of four 1-hour sessions, we will work on re-discovering who you are, what you value, and the barriers that have gotten in the way of living the life you want.

Hosted by Kim Omoruyi, RP, MTA, BMT, BA (Hons)
